HOTEL 70 DEGREES, COLWYN BAY
The Colwyn Bay Hotel (formerly Hotel 70 Degrees) enters its final days in 2006 after permission was granted for demolition and replacement by apartments. The building was a local landmark, both due to its trendy 70s angled design and the fact that it is perched upon the top of a cliff overlooking Colwyn Bay.
