I have to admit my surprise as to how much you do love the Daily Mail.......

"Max - Cheshire, cheshire, United Kingdom, 13 minutes ago

Designed to catch mainly English visitors..as they stop here for a bit of lunch and a shop..before going further into Wales..it caught out my Cheshire neighbour recently..on his way to his static caravan in Caernarvon costing him a fine..But as he says..Run down Colwyn Bay shops will be the loser..he will now do his £100 shop elsewhere...Simple"

I wonder if Max from Cheshire can get some ketchup for that chip on his shoulder!

This is why I love the DM

That's a bit unfair. I'm pretty certain Max is quite a well balanced chap....

.....because he probably has a chip on both shoulders.

That’ll get you about a thousand sticks of rock!

Only about 120 but they are BIG.  WWW

Bought them as a bit of a novelty item for a conference in Oz. We'll see if they hit the spot next week.

If that's OZ  down under then they might not get as far as the conference.

I probably watch more TV than you do Mondie      ;D

The Customs there don't take any messing about with food stuff so don't fail to declare any or you could be in line for a hefty fine.    I like their no nonsense approach to people trying to get in illegally too, no messing about with them and they put the illegals back on the next plane home

When the wife and I were at the back of the queue to go through Quarantine Control at Adelaide Airport on our last visit, a very nice chap singled us out, opened a barrier and waved us through. We can only assume it was because our bags had been X-rayed and they knew we had nothing to declare.  ££$
