Colwyn Bay Football Club are celebrating St David's Day!

People called "David" get in free to watch Barrow AFC & a chance to win tickets to see Tom Jones @ Access All Eirias

What about if your name is 'Day" or you're simply a Saint?

Dunno but I understand they are currently considering Dewi and Dafydd as well.

Yes all those are acceptable! Brilliant idea, and anyone can win tickets to TJ not just Dave's!

It is a very novel idea, we don't celebrate St Davids Day as we should I believe.  I've tried to get a choir in the Legion but I have no chance as they're all booked up.  I have been advised to book the Choir well in advance, so I'll be organising them for next year.  The Maelgwyn Choir are in St Pauls/Johns (can't remember the name sorry) Llandudno and a friend of mine is in the Cantorion Colin Jones and they are performing in Aberystwyth not that we could afford them anyway  ???

Our St David's Day cards always seem to sell, so someone must celebrate it.

The Saturday night Access All Eirias concert is to be headlined by Jessie J.  There must have been a BOGOF offer on judges from "The Voice".

Aaah your all so nice  ;D   $thanx$ not sure why I ever stopped posting if I'm honest, I will be walking again now as I must confess I really don't go walking when it's cold and raining.  Got to get some practice in over the next few months anyway as the plan for this years Poppy/RNLI walk along the Pembroke Coastal path which is a total of 187 miles.  It can't possibly be as hard as the Offa's Dyke last year.  Although it was a real laugh.
