We have been to the Seahorse tonight and they were turning people away. We thought it lively in the town but then we are country bumpkins!

I wonder where this could be?  8)

The Boulevard or the Wash? I can't see anything on that side of town being a good investment anymore. If I was opening a nightclub, I'd go the middle of town (That American Diner would be a good one) or the pier.

If I was going to open a bar it would be as close to premier inn As possible  that is the growth are . Upper mostyn street is finished. Over run with amateur run bars and low standards.

I think it needs to be within a 100 metre catchment area of Wetherspoons. That's where all the sheep head to whenever they go to any town these days - the ones that'll go on to a nightclub will go after Wetherspoons.

You're right - looking at it again it says Bar/Nightclub and looks to be somewhere already open. Can only be one place

Llanberis was busy this morning when I drove to Pen Ceunant to have a coffee.   It was a beautiful warm sunny day so we sat outside with Steffan and enjoyed a coffee and chat while viewing the stunning scenery around us.   The trains were full as they slowly passed by and we could see the steamer going up and down the lake.
It's a nice experience to come here and every one is made to feel welcome there dogs. muddy boots etc and there is also a lot to do and see in Llanberis.

There's a new Indian restaurant called Jai Ho in Deganwy.  Don't know what it's like, I just noticed it when I had to visit the dentists the other day.
