I've just come back from the China Club West End Colwyn Bay after enjoying another delicious meal there and the price was very good indeed.       $good$

Cafe Cais, The little cafe on the coach park, my refuge when mrs S is in shopping mode, I can disappear for a couple of visits, great staff and good food and if you like cake, beware! and it helps the community. :) :)

Here's a question for you all...where's the best breakfast in Llandudno?

I used to enjoy the one in Cafe 101, but standards seem to have sadly slipped lately. Went to Fortes yesterday, was enjoyable enough but not great value at £8.25.

I believe the breakfast at the Empire is around £12, if you are not a guest and wish to partake. It is delicious, though!

Cafe One Two One seems to be in freefall judging by the latest reviews on TripAdvisor  :-[.

My current favourite breakfast in Llandudno is the Eggs Benedict from Wetherspoons however the Daily Post recently ran a reader's poll to identify the best breakfast in North Wales and the only place from Llandudno to make the top ten was Molly's Cafe so according to the Daily Post readership that's the place to go.

1. Yr Hen Efail, Dolgellau
2.Caffi Calley's Café, Caernarfon
3.The Beach Hut Guest House, Holyhead
4.Oinky’s Café, Llanddulas
5.Mike’s Bites, Bangor
6.Whistlestop Café, Rhuddlan
7.Pete’s Eats, Caernarfon
8.Caffi Cookes Café, Penrhyndeudraeth
9. Kristina’s Cafe, Wrexham
10.Molly’s Cafe, Llandudno

Yes, I really don't know what's going on there. When they opened, the standard of service and food was really good. Now, the reviews are awful and its pretty much crossed off our list, except for maybe coffee. They seem to have had a lot of problems with staffing, always new faces there.

I wondered in somewhere called I think ' The Greenery' (that's what it says on my bank charge anyway) the other day when I missed my train - excellent Vegetarian breakfast with coffee £6.50 - it's in Llandudno across from the town hall

The best VALUE breakfast I can find is in Cafe Indulgence, Clonmel St.
For £3.75, I get 3 items in a breakfast bap..... (I choose 2 rashers of bacon and a soft fried egg).... and any large coffee or tea,

Fat Andy, I think the Eggs Benedict in Wetherspoons is great, but they only get it right a third of the time.
Poached eggs gone hard, or taking way too long, or whatever.... so I gave it up, for Cafe Indulgence!

Fester, try Subway for their breakfast deal and request a six inch sub plus coffee.

At £2, it is a bargain and far healthier for you.

You're not saying it's finally finished?! How many months have they been working on it?
