Yes but he was shaken to see the same old menu but not stirred to complain!

Two for £10 cocktails on Thursday and Sunday isn't bad. Just steer clear of the "Station Road Mule" it was a real carthorse.
After all what is time, a mere tyranny.

I'd be grateful for a few recommendations for restaurants in central(ish) Llandudno, specifically that do reasonably priced lunch, and are not too crowded at this time of year. (I realise that it's probably optimistic to ask for both good/reasonable-cost and not crowded). Any food, including exotic, except fish & chips (although I personally love fish & chips). Thanks.

Thanks for those. The Cambridge looks very interesting, although it only seems to do lunch at the weekend. Cottage Loaf was indeed already fully booked when I phoned (for tomorrow lunchtime).

Welsh breweries could hit 100 mark within a year     Z**

If the number of independent brewers in Wales continues to rise, it could hit the 100 mark within the next year.
That is the view of the organisation representing micro breweries which says the thirst for craft beer in pubs and beyond shows no signs of drying up.
It comes as the number of traditional pubs have declined, with a pub closing every couple of days in Wales.
But the number of breweries has doubled in the past five years to 88.

Thanks, that's good to know, it was previously sadly lacking. The Station Tea Shop a little way down the road has always been absolutely delightful. I had a superb full cooked breakfast there last week.
Being negative only makes a difficult journey more difficult. You may have been given a cactus, but you don't have to sit on it.

I believe there's a third cafe opening in Deganwy, in the old Antiques shop?

Went to Tops Chinese Restaurant in Craig Y Don last night, as excellent as always. The best Chinese in Llandudno?
