_))*Yes i deff did understand Yorkies post. I think its too much texting with shortened words on my phone. I am dreadful for spelling these days . When younger i always worked in secretarial/receptionist posts so my job depended on my correctness ( no spellchecks then) just either an electric smith corona typewriter or if you were really unlucky and had powercuts the old Imperial manual machines.

I remember Underwood, think there was one in the Office cupboard. I do remember at sixteen made to use one of those black imperials with big clonking keys. I had been taught at school to use a small electric so big culture shock. It made me a reasonably good typist though.

Have to Boast about this My eldest girl Amanda and her Husband are on Bargain hunt tomorrow at 12.15 bbc1 for those who can watch i thinks she is in the blue. :)

Hello Linda and yes it's open until end October.
Having said that, there are days when boredom sets in, in particular midweek and early mornings and late afternoons. And midday as well! But my honesty golf is always in operation, 24 hrs a day.
All you do if you arrive and I am missing, just phone up and I will give you the hiding place for the key to clubs, balls etc etc. the flags are mostly out and the greens cut. Just play away and enjoy yourself.  Mike

I am not the boastful type. However, I am just about to make an exception.

Trip Adviser has a group pf businesses under the heading "Llandudno attractions." There are 74 of them covering all types from the grandest, largest, oldest, down to the bread and butter sites.

They are rated in importance, one to seventy-four, depending on the reviews sent in by customers/visitors.

Believe it or not, number five in this list is GREAT ORME FAMILY GOLF.

You don't believe it possible? No, neither did I, until I took a look.

(Now back to my old unboastfull self.)       Mike

You're also number 1 in the "Sport" category on both Qype and number 1 under "Golf" on Yelp (although Qype is about to disappear any day now as they're about to merge with Yelp).

Good question. I did wonder if it was the new course they are building at the Rhos Fynach in Rhos On Sea?
