Could it be either the Cambridge or Valentinos?

They are both on the first floor.

Jack takes the prize, it was the Cambridge Mostyn Restaurant in Mostyn St. We popped in a few weeks ago for a Sunday Roast.

Ah, you're too good, Hugo! It is there, a little hidden to the side of the doorway. I was hoping this one would last for ages!

The upper floor of the building on the left used to house Lou Nadin's model railway display and shop.  The lower floor was occupied by Sam Edwards the plumber. Now the whole has been converted to a dwelling.

I'll take a guess at Conwy, side of the town walls in what used to be the old railway goods yard.
