Just spotted the first baby goats (kids?) of the year on the Orme just above Black Gate.

Trouble is what are all the older folk at this end of town going to do for their medical supplies?
Can't they use Superdrug, that has a pharmacy.

I was walking past Llwynon Terrrace yesterday and heard this loud clacking noise, There were about 6 goats in the garden of the house called Bodnant having a bit of a butting competition, taking it in turns to rear up and bash their horns against another male. Interesting to watch.

This is serious BB.  8)

It's the start of the mating season and the males are vying for breeding rights  - the more dominant males have the pick of the heard.

Many times it isn't operational, even when the store is open. Like Llechwedd says, it is an upward battle against the wind and rain and if the place isn't open that means two visits.

An explosion of interest in the tour of the Grand Theatre photos I have on Flickr yesterday, with over 4,500 views of the photos in one day. Wonder why?

Meeting my Dad at the Snowdon today to watch the Rugby.  I do hope Wales win.  I love meeting up with my Dad he's a mine of information on local sites of interest.  He goes away for two weeks on Tuesday, when he gets back I'm going to go through all the old books and pamphlets he has and pick his brains on local history.  Which I will in turn post on here.
Y'know its incredible the difference Socs made while she was here.  I never thought I'd be interested in walking again and I have a renewed passion for all things local.  I'm pinching that dog she's ace.

Just been chatting to Fester and his Mrs on the pier. Think she would have taken my Frizzy home!

Well I know that when I used to say to my dog, "Who did that?" if she had been "naughty", I'm sure she shook her head as if to say, "No!"   She was a lovely brindle Boxer and I loved her to bits, so it was virtually impossible to chastise her.       ;D
