Just out of interest I spotted a 1 bed flat for sale in Manor Park in yesterday's Pioneer. Similar idea to M&S, resident's lounge, kitchen, laundry, call system, resident housekeeper etc. The price £59,000.

This set me off looking and there are quite a number for sale in that complex, various prices and sizes. makes interesting reading.
