As Mike eluded to, Savills got a great site for their retail park.

Does it deter visitors..no.
Do intelligent locals know all the tricks of getting in and out relatively quickly, I do.
Are Savills concerned about the traffic chaos at times....no, because it's still busy and they are making money.

It's a big win for Savills.

Here's my story on seagull photobomb at Llandudno Air Show - I think it was trying to show off: http://www.dailypost.co.uk/news/north-wales-news/north-wales-photographers-snap-seagull-9341911
After all what is time, a mere tyranny.

I'm glad you put that one on here. I have enjoyed them all but I wasn't sure if it was okay to lift them from the facebook page.
Well done to the photographer!

Sorry to be pedantic, but there really is no bird species called "seagull".
They are, more than likely, herring gulls.

It shouldn't bother me, but it does ;D

They probably do not eat herring, a more suitable name would be , chip, ice cream , sandwich gull!  ;D

Hav'ent a clue, herring or sea. All I know is that wasps and these other feathered things are just about the only creatures in God's kingdom that I hate.

oh dear, here we go again...

"The word seagull is actually an informal way of referring to any of the species that belong to the family Laridae, the gulls. There is not actually a single species called the seagull."

Althought it seems Llandudno has a lot going on nothing is,Tudno Castle appears to have stalled,Washington never seems to be getting anywhere and the Grand Theatre is anybody;s guess. With the loss of our investigating officer Oscar all has gone quiet,at least when Oscar was alive we knew we had a town council.

All I know is that I believe a Planning Application is finally going to be submitted for the site in the very near future.  $good$
