Remuneration based on the number of penalties issued for is known to be an appalling methodology of enforcement; the type of people employed to be 'enforce' these type of regulations are the equivalent of wheel clampers, who will use any triviality to enhance their own salary, usually minimal, to enhanced by their results. This method of enforcement of should itself be made illegal. If that's the case why don't they go on the cycle path by Conwy beach? They'd make a mint there! Full of dogs running around off leads chasing (very slow) runners like myself.I don't want to give them any ideas though seems they extort enough off people alreadyStop winging and run faster.

This is interesting; compares old maps with a new one/aerial view for a particular area. Click the link and see:http://maps.nls.uk/geo/explore/sidebyside.cfm#zoom=17&lat=53.3270&lon=-3.8345&layers=BingSat&right=171
There is also scaffolding and blue netting all over the front of the Tudno Castle and I cannot remember if it has been there all the time or was it taken down?Hopefully, someone will put me right or I won't sleep tonight.
Saw this in Asda car Park this morning, some kind of modern art installation I assume !
