Glan y Mor farmhouse was on the shore line directly south west of Platt House, and below the marking of Bryn Y Mor - there was also a well there.

In todays context it would be opposite the covered seating area on the shoreline, between the pathway from the iron bridge and Kyle House.

Hope this helps!
Have tried to enlarge the map without success so far - do we have any expert techno's that can assist?

 ;D :)

I had a look ages ago in the Conwy Archives and the 1857 Poor Rate Book shows an entry for Glan Y Mor ( ref Eglwysrhos COB/7/3/111)  but the Railway to Llandudno came through in 1858 and I don't suppose the farm was viable for much longer afterwards.
The gross estimated rental of the property was then £1.00 and this I take to be the annual rental.

I'm no expert techno, but I enlarged the 1891 OS map.
