Medieval parade Friday Dec 10th along the quay in the early evening. I understand there will be fire jugglers! Conwy shops are staying open late as well, apparently. Looks like a fun way to spend a Friday evening now that forecast is calling for a toasty warm 8C that night. Time to break out the BBQ?

Not so keen on the 'Late Knight Shopping' phrase but after a few mulled wines maybe that will change.

A RANGE of contemporary crafts are on show this weekend at Conwy Quay as part of Helfa Gelf art trail.

Cymru Contemporary Craft Fair is now in its second year after the success of last years event. This year’s event will take place in the shadow of the Conwy Castle on the Quay this Saturday, September 17, 10-5pm.

The craft fair brings together a group of over 25 exhibitors, including Louise Hibbert, Jenny Murray and Louise Shrempft, a drop in workshop for all ages taking place throughout the day and Sian Llywellyn playing the harp from 11-1pm. Entry is free.
