I went for my usual appointment at Specsavers today and had a detailed and thorough examination including Retinopothy.   Not a great deal of change but will get myself some new Vari-focal, Reactolites next week.  Excellent service as usual!    8)

Yorkie, I spoke to Mr Fisher earlier this week to book my check-up and he informed me my man has moved to Caernarfon but Mr Fisher has booked me in to see him instead.

Does anyone know where I can buy Masa Harina locally?  it's a flour ingredient for making tortilla's.

thanks for that, we've already been buying on-line but would rather buy from a local shop if there is one who stocks the ingredient.

While I appreciate that tortillas aren't asian cuisine, have you tried Carmen's asian food market at Craig y Don for such an ingredient?

Mr Hollins has dropped and broken the collector LNB part of our satellite dish. Does anyone know where we could buy a replacement locally? Thanks.

Hi Hollins, I got one recently from Drury Radio on Glan-y-Mor Road in Llandudno Junction - exactly the same as the Sky one for about £15. I had originally been to Maplin and the one's there were twice the price!
