If you look at the interior, it’s hardly elegant! Looks like it was last decorated about 1975. Needs a ton of work on the exterior too.

1875 more like...   The exterior is being reclaimed - by the garden.  That will involve a huge amount of work.

You would need a great deal of imagination and loads of money to make it even presentable.     Perhaps the best  option would be to demolish it and built a brand new house like they have done in Llys Helyg Drive

"Stunning house on Llandudno's 'most expensive street' on the market for £1.6millio"    that's what it said in the link and it may be correct as thetre are some stunning properties up there on the hillside, even if some may be controversial.
It certainly gives Llys Helig Drive some competition
