This isn't levelling up' as readers have say on plans for Llandudno town centre
"Levelling Up" will fund a move that currently attracts 170,000 visits annually

As I've said before it would be interesting to know a few more details about this business deal between Mostyn Estates and the CCBC such as:-
1)  why did CCBC sell it to Mostyn Estaes two years ago?
2)  what price was it sold for
3)  How much does the lease cost?
there is a bit more to this story than first appears.

CONSTRUCTION of the KIA and Honda car showroom in Llandudno is well underway, almost three years after plans were first submitted.

The showroom is being built on the site of the former Argyll Road Health Clinic.

The clinic, which was used as a vaccination centre during the pandemic, was demolished more than two years ago.

Plans were submitted by Mostyn Estates in November 2021 to develop a car showroom on the site, which would house Honda and Kia brands.

Brown mass spotted floating off Llandudno but sewage claim denied
It was filmed off the resort's North Shore beach as Natural Resources Wales say what they 'believe' it is

It could well be Plankton, but unfortunately they both smell the same!

"We have no waste assets that lead directly to Llandudno North Shore"

Is that really true? I've seen a large pipe heading out into the sea by the Washington?

That pipe has been there for many years and it's not ornamental so what is it for?      There used to be a bouy marking the end of the pipe and we used to swim to it as teenagers but omly when the tide was coming in

LLANDUDNO TOWN Council has stepped in to save public toilets in the Llandudno area, after the county council decision to continue with their closure.

Earlier this week, Conwy Council decided not to pause the closure of public toilets in the county, following a cabinet meeting on September 10.

Conwy’s cabinet met to discuss some councillors’ request to pause the closure of 19 public toilets
